Group Exercise Class
We recommend our GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES to help individuals who may be experiencing arthritis and perhaps, wishes to practice safe ways to stay active, reduce pain, and move more easily.
Although this program was designed for arthritis patients, this program can also be very instrumental and helpful in reducing pain for other health problems you may be experiencing.
Sessions are 1 hour, (2) times a week for a period of 8-12 weeks or longer. Only 5-10 people will be assigned to each class. In addition, the class will be led by a licensed professional and a Doctor of Physical Therapy is always near to assist you with any musculoskeletal concerns you may have.
In the 1st part of the session, you'll learn how to manage the pain and in the 2nd part of the session, you will practice the following:
- Endurance Activities
* Review balance activities tailored based on your individual ability and skill level.
* And some classes for Cardiopulmonary recovery and function increase
